If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

10. Guide Listings and Interactions

a) Local Sherpa acts solely as a platform to connect trekkers with local guides. We do not employ the guides listed on our site.

b) Any agreement made between users and guides is strictly between those parties. Local Sherpa is not a party to any such agreement and assumes no responsibility for the actions of any guide or trekker.

c) Users are solely responsible for their interactions with guides and for exercising appropriate caution and judgment in their trekking activities.

11. Safety Disclaimer

Local Sherpa does not guarantee the safety of any trek or activity. Users engage in trekking and related activities at their own risk. We strongly recommend that users take all necessary precautions, including but not limited to obtaining proper insurance, equipment, and training before undertaking any trek.

12. Donations

Donations made through the website are used at the discretion of Local Sherpa for marketing purposes and to create workshops for the upliftment of local guides. Donations are non-refundable.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
